Submit a Workshop Proposal
The MPA Educational Affairs Committee is open to workshop proposals in all topic areas for workshops to be held in 2016 and beyond. Although all topics will be considered, presentations of particular interest will include research- and evidence-based practical procedures and techniques that attendees can adapt and use immediately in their practices. Topics on Multicultural aspects of practice, and Ethics, law, or risk management are especially welcome.
Presenters should be able to discuss and demonstrate specific procedures and models to be used in a particular setting that are geared to the appropriate experience level of the audience.
MPAF presents workshops in a variety of formats and venues. From Lunch and Learn workshop that are 90 minutes to stand-alone presentations that are usually 3 or 6 hours in length. Three or six-hour workshops can also be incorporated into a full day conference such as the Annual MPA Convention.
Please review all the documents below and complete the proposal form and check list. Email Veronica Rand, CE Coordinator, at email@example.com with any questions and to submit these documents.
