Registration Deadline

Registration deadline is one week before the workshop date for a stand alone workshop. Registrations received after this date will be taken on a space available basis and must add $10.00 late fee. For annual convention and OCI, please refer to the brochure for cancellation policy and late registration fee.

Cancellation Policy
MPA Cancellation policy: Full refunds up to one week prior to workshop. No refunds thereafter except in cases of personal or family illness or cancellation by MPA. For annual convention and OCI, please refer to the brochure for cancellation policy,

Student Fees

Student fees are based on available space and are half the member/nonmember rates as applicable. Students must provide proof of current student status, i.e., copy of a current valid student I.D.

MPA Applicants

Persons applying to join MPA are eligible for the member rate if application is complete and on file in the MPA office prior to the workshop date.

Vouchers

Vouchers for dues paid by 8/15/12 are valid for a 3, 4 or 6 hour stand alone workshop. They are not valid for Member Specials, Annual Convention or Ocean City Institute.

Special Needs

Please call the MPA office if you require special accommodations in order to fully participate in a desired workshop. Two weeks notice required for sign language interpreters.

Continuing Education Credits

CE Credit is granted to participants with documented attendance at individual workshops and completed evaluation forms for those sessions. Attendance is monitored. Credit will not be granted to registrants who are more than 15 minutes late, are absent for more than 15 minutes during a session, or those who depart more than 15 minutes early from a session. Credit will not be granted to registrants who do not submit a completed evaluation form at the end of the session. It is the responsibility of registrants to comply with these requirements.


Psychologists
The Maryland Psychological Association is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Maryland Psychological Association maintains responsibility for the programs and their content.

Social Workers
The Maryland Psychological Association is approved by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners as a sponsor of Continuing Education. The Maryland Psychological Association maintains responsibility for the program.
