The MPA Office is open 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, but closed on all national holidays, the day after Thanksgiving, and the last week in December.

Location and Driving Directions

The MPA office is located in downtown Columbia, Maryland, adjacent to Columbia Mall. Our building is the one that has the revolving door. We're on the 9th floor in Suite 910. When you come off the elevators on the 9th floor, turn right. Make the next left and our office is at the end of the hallway. 

From the Baltimore area: Take I-95 South to exit 43B to merge onto MD-100 W toward Ellicott City. Use the left lane to merge onto US-29 South towards Washington. Take the South Entrance Road exit towards Merriweather. Stay in the middle lane to make the left onto Little Patuxent Parkway. Drive /5 miles and make a right to 10480. 

From the DC metro area: Take Route 29 North to Exit 18A/18B to Broken Land Parkway. From Broken Land Parkway, make the second left onto Little Patuxent Parkway. From the parkway, make the second left to 10480.

OR: Take I-95 North to Route 175 West. After several intersections, you will cross Route 29 and be on Little Patuxent Parkway. Follow red directions above.

Snow Policy

The MPA office is closed when the Federal Government is closed - liberal leave on the same basis. This applies to workshops held at the MPA office. Workshops held at other locations will follow this policy unless the facility has other criteria.
