Upcoming Events & Workshops
Throughout the year, MPA offers a mix of CE and non-CE events, from live virtual workshops and on-demand home study courses to in-person networking opportunities, including gatherings in your area, so members can meet their license renewal requirements on their own schedule while staying connected to colleagues across Maryland.
Live webinars are held virtually through Zoom. Attending live via Zoom counts as a Live Continuing Education Workshop. Some workshops may also be offered as Home Study courses. View our Home Study Library:

Co-Sponsored WorkshopsList Item 1
MPA welcomes opportunities to co-sponsor workshops with other organizations throughout the year. If you're interested in hosting a co-sponsored CE event, learn more and submit your application below.

Cancellation PolicyList Item 4
Cancellations and refunds are available up to one week before the workshop date, minus any fees incurred by MPA.
No refunds will be issued after that point, with the exception of personal or family illness (minus fees incurred) or event cancellation by MPA.

Special Accommodations
Call the MPA office at 410-992-4258 or note your needs on your registration form. Sign language interpreters require two weeks' notice.

Earning CE Credit
Credit requires documented attendance and a completed evaluation form. Attendance is monitored. Credit will not be granted if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, are absent for more than 15 minutes during the session, leave more than 15 minutes early, or do not submit an evaluation form.

CE Credits for Psychologists
The Maryland Psychological Association is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The Maryland Psychological Association maintains responsibility for the programs and their content.

CE Credits for Social Workers
The Maryland Psychological Association is approved by the Maryland Board of Social Work Examiners as a sponsor of Continuing Education. The Maryland Psychological Association maintains responsibility for the program.

MPA Applicants
MPA member applicants are eligible for member rates if the application is complete and on file before the workshop date.

Vouchers
Vouchers for dues paid by August 15th, 2026, are valid for any workshop (live or home study). These vouchers expire on 8/31/2027.
